We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us.

Return Request and Handling
To initiate a return, you can contact us at art@gallerywol75.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we will not accept items sent back to us without a prior return request.

You must be able to provide written proof of shipment for the returned items to Gallery Wol75 via a reliable carrier (e.g., track and trace, freight letters) and cover the associated costs. If we do not receive the returned item, the customer must provide evidence of the correct return, and Gallery Wol75 will, at its discretion, determine the appropriate course of action.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Please be aware that Gallery Wol75 reserves the right to charge costs if the returned item is damaged during the return transport.

Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed using your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Non-Refundable Items
Shipping costs are not refundable. All our products include shipping costs. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method, minus the shipping costs.
